Q:  Is there a retail store I can visit near me?

A: Since we specialize in custom jewelry, we do everything online. While some customers like to see jewelry first hand, without a store, we pass on the savings to you. We also provide 30 day returns in case our customer is not satisfied.

Q:  Do you actually create each ring, how can I be sure?

A: We give you our word that every order is custom made. And we send you updates via email about the progress of your order, with photos for each major step. We want to earn the trust of our customers.

Q: What are Lab Diamonds?


A: We sell lab grown (cultured) diamonds, that are both physically and chemically identical to ones mined from the Earth. Check out this article from our founder on lab diamonds:

Q: Do you sell fine jewelry?

A: Absolutely. Although we do not have a catalog, you can use our Create Custom page to tell us exactly what you'd like and we'll work with you to make it perfect. From bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and everything in between.

Q: Why does it take so long to receive my order?

A: Quality takes times. When we receive your order, we get to work creating your jewelry, our jewelers pick out the perfect metal and stones for your creation. Then we get to work, this process can take approximately 3-4 weeks time, depending on the complexity of the work.

Q: How do I customize a ring I saw in your store or on the web?

A: Using our Custom Ring page, in the text area tell us what you would like made. You can give us a name of a ring you saw and let us know where to find it, or use your imagination and let us know how you would like your dream ring to come true. We'll work directly with you to make it happen!

Q: Why is jewelry so expensive?

A: Custom jewelry takes time to create. The investment in skills needed to create jewelry takes years to perfect. While some opt to buy mass made jewelry with little precious metal, we want to focus more on creating something special for you, something we take pride in.

Q: How can I change the stone type/size on my ring before I order?

A: Using the options available on each product page you may customize the ring size and stone size. You may also email us or send a note with your order to request a unique ring size and we will happily work with you to get what you need.

Q: Who will deliver my package?

A: We ship all of our products through FedEx Express shipping, and all of your purchases are covered with shipping insurance, so you don't have to worry about a thing!

Q: How will I be sure my purchase is secured?

A: With custom ring orders as well as all ring orders we will email you back within 24 hours, and either provide you details and begin the process on your custom ring request.

Q: Why am I seeing only CAD and not any other currency?

A: Although we sell to both the United States and Canada, we choose to show our prices in CAD. If you are from the USA, we'll happily send a price in USD at request. We're working on setting up a currency exchange button, apologies for any inconvenience. 

Q: Where do you ship to?

A: Currently we only ship to the US and Canada, and we provide free shipping on all items!
